  1. Gosh this is really sad that they are doing this. I'm having somewhat of a similar problem at the Sheraton in Cabo, After I booked our wedding their they are now telling me no salon outside service vendors are allowed since they opened their new salon. I'm pretty pissed about this because I had already set up a hair and makeup person to come to my room. This really makes it difficult for people wanting to get married at a specific resort if they have all these stupid rules, kindof makes wanting a DW not as much fun.
  2. Jess it looks so pretty. How come you choose to get married in Cabo versus the big island? Not that I'm complaining because I love having other Sheraton brides.. :-)
  3. You guys would have the dinner at the one and only? hmm do they allow you to just do dinner there? Anyone have pictures of their resturants?
  4. A ring is a ring, it's the marriage that counts. Yes we all want those big beautiful rings but in actually it's not what matters. I say get the fake until you two are on our feet, have your house and your wedding paid for. Those things are about building your life together. Then when things are where they should be get a real wedding band, maybe make it special say on an anniversary or something. I've seen some fake rings in fact Jareds had a couple of fake center stones in a couple of their high end rings (you pick the center stone from loose diamonds) well if they didn't say anything to me I would have thought they were real.
  5. Your awesome Jess.. Maybe their is hope for me, I really should have taken care of this before now, My dress fitting is on Tuesday..
  6. Glenda that sounds PERFECT.. Hmm where were you when I was looking for a WC.. I think I may change it up a little if that's what we decide to do. But I'll have to ask Juan first, I want to make sure our photos are perfect. Cain and I really need to sit down and talk about this more. But it really does sound amazing Glenda.
  7. Yes please Jess, I think I'm going to try to find the time on Saturday to find one, did you have to order yours online or did you find it in the store? Maybe I'll check Bloomingdales as well.
  8. YEAH... OMG how many people did she have at her wedding? The cup cakes are really cute, I still really love the arch she did. and of course (I saved the best for last) Tasha is such a beautiful bride, and that dress lookes killer on her.
  9. I don't know Melissa, were figuring things out as we go along.
  10. Yeah a few of the girls on here did a B-pics with her and raved about her, plus she posts on here and has been great. We all love her. :-)
  11. Jess one last question, how high up is that bra in the back?
  12. great let me check it out... Thanks Jess, I'm having the same problem as you and that's why I'm afraid I won't get the look I want in my dress.
  13. Hey Jess is that corset thing you mentioned on the VS website? A 34 strapless falls down on me, the strapless I have now is a 34C, how does the "b" work better for you? My girls aren't naturally really close either so it sounds like we both want the same look.
  14. When I was married before I had cups in my dress, and they were SOO off, that it looked like my boobs were facing in opposite directions, I fear that happening again.
  15. Holly crap,, good thing your not going to be at my wedding, Cain's a boob guy and he wouldn't be paying attention to me if your standing there. :-)
  16. That's exactly why I wanted a back up plan in case they felt that the cups wouldn't give me the look I wanted.

  18. Rachelle, I'm leaning towards the cups just because I really can't imagine a 32B would fit me right when she told me I'm a 32C. She said I would just have to pile them in there.

  20. I could but I'm so afraid it won't give me the support I'm looking for. That's why I wanted a backup plan just in case.. BTW Ann I found out that I wasn't a 34C by getting re-measured, apperently that's why the bra kept falling down. I bet you have the same issue as I do, besides your my long lost sister so it would only make since if that was the case.. :-)
  21. Why is something as simple as getting a seamless, strapless bra so difficult? So I went to VS the other day and got a strapless bra so that I can decide during my first dress fitting which option would give me the most support. So the lady told me that I can get a 32 or 34C, so I took the 34C and figured I would try it on at home, (I have the worst luck with strapless bras and I didn't have time at the time to try it on in the store) So I tried the bra on at home and sure enough it started to slide down. So, I go back to the mall today for a 32C,, Would you believe they don't sell a 32C? Only a 32B, so she tries to explain that it will still fit (I still don't understand her reasoning) so fine whatever I say ok I'll get the 32B,, oh well we don't carry the color (ivory) that you are looking for in this store.. So she calls to another mall and they stock that color, now I have to go to a different mall to get a differernt bra that may or may not fit. SO my question to you guys is this: Why don't they sell a 32C bra? (well she told me they only have two styles in that size, but neither would work for my dress) BUT I'm I the only person in the world that wears a 32C? I would think not..

Now that is a cute idea.
  23. What you didn't get down on one knee? LOL I laugh because Cain didn't either when he asked me and I tease him about it from time to time. Great story, you both look so happy together. Is your friend who captured your engagement going to photographer your wedding?
  24. Well, the friends we invited are acting like this is going to be a complete party for a week (they would stay the whole time were there) and they don't get the fact that after the wedding that we will want to be left alone to do our own thing. Plus one of the guys is going by himself and since he's Cain's good friend he'll want to always hang out with us. it's just getting to be too much of a hassle. With Marty and Missy, they are leaving after the wedding, and I understand the importance of them being there since it would mean alot to Cain. (more so his Ma being there) So we would never tell her she can't come. My family isn't coming as it stands, so that isn't an issues. And right now it would be easy for us to tell everyone else they can't come because no one else has booked their vacations, well one guy put a deposit on a room, but he can still get his deposit back. So we need to act quick in our decision.
