We staryed at ROR Dec31/10-Jan7/11 and I left a review on TA. Which I have left positive ones as well as bad so I'm not a moaner. It was a fact finding/vacation trip to decide where to stay for our wedding Nov 2011. I can answer any questions you have a with a non hysterical or over exaggerated answer. Overall the stay was fine, nowhere is perfect unless your pockets are deep so you take what you can. We decided not to have our wedding there. Mostly becasue of the size. And dont deal with the front desk more than you have to. Find Santana the manager, he makes things happen. Good luck and all the best
