HI ALL, WHEN i VISITED pUERTO vALLARTA, I went and bought a piece of cake from Los Chatos, just because they had a small bakery and espresso/icecream/ internet place that was in the mall adjacent to the Marina in PV. The cake was ok (yellow) but the frosting (chocolate) was very good. In Mexico I think they like their cake very, very, and I do mean very...moist. The texture is just a little almost wet, but that is just a difference in culture. I would expect the Sam's Club cake would not be exactly like you buy up here in the US either. I thought a small wedding cake was going to run about $100 at Los Chatos They also have Costco. Los Chatos has a web site, but I was not able to negotiate it very well. Sara
