  1. Scroll down a little way and you can link up to my picassa sight by clicking the link. Le Kliff was wonderful to work with and everything went really well. I used a recomendation from Best Destinations and had the rehearsal at Barcelona Tapas which was really good as well, and used another recommended vendor from this site for the travel between the hotels and Le Kliff. BTW really helped alot!!! Both are in the pics. Have a lot of fun and let Le Kliff handle the details, they absolutely know what they are doing. Sara
  2. Hi all, I never really posted pics for everyone of the wedding, or a review of Le Kliff. Anyway here is a link to the pics of the entire vacation or you can look on tripadvisor using LeKliff as a search and you will see pics. Or you can click and paste this link Picasa Web Albums - sara - susie and mic... As for the review, I highly recommend Le Kliff. The were wonderful to work with, the wedding was easy to plan without using a coordinator, everything went off without any problems, and the food was great. I had gone down to Puerto Vallarta in November to look at locations and hotels etc... I went down with either a Hotel wedding or Las Caletas at the top of the options. Everything looked really nice, and we were going on the boat trip to las Caletas...my husband was seasick within 10 minutes. He and about 5 other people had actually made a plan for a mutiny...I AM SERIOUS!!! I love boats, the ocean, and the breeze...but it is definitely not for everyone. As for the Hotels, everything did look nice, but I was hesitant in locking every guest into staying at a certain hotel. When we went out to Le KLiff, Carlos just seemed to really understand the process and it was so beautiful. Everything I worried about, I didn't need too!!!! They know what they are doing and genuinely want to make this day just exactly what you had dreamed of. Sara
  3. Hi, I read from another bride that recommended Superior Tours Vallarta was reasonable,(I think you could google this for a website). Anyway, we used them for the wedding a Le Kliff on May 22, 2009, and for picking up guests from the airport. I worked with Astrid at Superior and this was the lowest price I found. I thought they did a wonderful job, in spite of the fact that the Swine flu scare at this period of time, had many of my guests, flights cancelled or changed. Astrid just helped me through the whole process. Sara
  4. Hi all, I just wanted to ad that it would be way easier for people to get around PV from the Fiesta in comparison to Dreams. We walked to many locations from Fiest, but you have to take a Taxi or Mismaloya bus to Dreams. It is a nice bus ride, but the bus gets full pretty quick, especially in the morning. and also the Mismaloya doesn't come as often. sara
  5. Hi all, the wedding at Le Kliff was this last weekend, 5-22-2009. We used the reference for Superior Tours that was posted on this thread. They were GREAT!!!!! and the price was very reasonable with each 3 vans costing $100 each , for 10 persons, to Le Kliff , which was an hour away and back. The start time was 4 pm for the first group of 10, and they stayed and waited for us to leave at 11 pm. We also used them to pick up all the guests arriving at all kinds of times at the airport, they were just a dream to work and coordinate with. Sara
  6. thanks for the awesome website, I was planning to order these. S
  7. We went to actually see Le Kliff in October, and then we booked for May 22. 2009. Carlos was very professional and helpful. I am 4 weeks out from the wedding now, and we are working out the final details. I'll let you know how it goes. I would post pictures of the place because I took lots, but it really just looks exactly like the pictures on the website!!! We'll post the wedding pics when we get home. Sara
  8. look at this website, Los Chatos Repostería. We actually went to the bakery and tried to figure out what we wanted. It is not located very close to the main drag, and boy was my spanish horrible, it was a finger pointing event. But what I figured out is that they recomment the "Choco =queso...which could be a chocolate cheesecake? SARA
  9. Thanks you so much for the information. Sara
  10. I actually think La palapas has a jazz pianist on certain nights. Sara
  11. We will be getting married there, and I will post the outcome, but it is still 7 weeks out!!!! We have received pricing for the transportation, but it is only about 25 people so I think we are going to get two 18 passenger vans, and take them in two groups, bridal party then the rest later. I think it isgoing to be about $325? unless I get on the ball and send out some email s. Sara
  12. Hi Shelley, I absolutely love the bracelet you handmade. Where did you find the center piece that looks vintage? Sara
  13. HI all, this question is for Celina,(or anyone who knows) how did you get ahold of Fajita Republic to make the arrangements, I could not find a website? Sara
  14. Hi Hilary, great pics on picasa, we are also booked at the Velas Vallarta. We do not own a timeshare, but bought the weeks on Redweek.com. Anyway lots of room for significantly less than booking it as a hotel. We had stayed there before and loved it. Sara
  15. Jessica, your wedding photos are fabulous, congratulations!!! Sara
  16. Let me know how the bus versus vans things work out, as I am also looking into this option. Sara
  17. I have been to about three restaurants in Bucerias. We had a great meal at audotos( I think I spelled that really wrong) on the beach. However we had the most fun at Miguel Angelos, very inexpensive, but amazing and funny waiters. Be sure and get one of the flaming drinks...they turned out the lights and played "thriller" to making the drink. Sara
