Keeping In Touch With Guests At The Resort?

Hi All!

 

We're down to tiny details now! My FI and I have been trying to figure out a way for guests to communicate at the resort.

My FMIL does not have a smart phone and my dad is not on Facebook. Our original idea was to create a facebook group so we could use the WIFI and people could message through that, but not everyone would be included.

 

We'll plan on being at the same restaurant every morning for breakfast around 9 so that everyone can meet up there and discuss plans, but wanted to see if anyone had any ideas?!

@@hardyali usually these things sort themselves out.  Other options is to create a watsup group everyone can always connect to the wifi.

Thanks Joyce!!! We ended up sending a

Pre departure letter and recommended downloading whatsapp!

@@calgarybride2015 we also decided to to have breakfast at the buffet each morning at the same time in case people want to meet up! Less than a month until we leave so I am full panic mode

@@hardyali is absolutely normal to be on panic mode.  FYI you are going to have an amazing time. make sure you take the time to look around you and be in the moment.  how many times in our lives do we get all the people we love to be in one place at the same time?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
