Guest List Spreadsheet Template

Recommended Posts

Does anyone have a good excel template they could send me or show me where to find it for wedding guest invite spreadsheet and tracker. One that preferably that will track who was given a plus 1 option, if we sent a save the date, invitation, received RSVP, etc.

Thank you!

@@Ao1070 the weddingwire website had been super helpful !! I created a site with all the travel information, resort info etc and filled in the names and plus ones for everyone we sent a Save the date to. The save the dates had the website information and we asked everyone to RSVP through. People have been able to locate their name and RSVP right through the site. It even sends you an alert instantly who has RSVP and if they signed the guestbook.

One thing that really helps is if many of your guest are tech savy. The site can be accessed by smart phone, pc and tablet. But if you rather go your own route they have templates on the site you can play around with. I hope that helps.:)

I used a Google form on our wedding web site, which populates a Google Sheet (basically online Excel in Google). Not hard to set up! I also found some pre-made Google Sheets that includes templates for budget, guest list tracker, to-do list, vendor sheets (i.e. list all the photographers you have contacted and the different info about each of them), etc. I didn't end up using this much since I'm using mostly resort vendors/services, but could be really helpful for an off-resort wedding. PM me if you want more info. I can share the sheets, too. I think you need a Gmail account to access them.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
