Help Regarding Riu Not Being Able To Get The Time We Want!

Recommended Posts

Oh most definatley. I know for me some of my flower selections (colors) were last minute. You wouldn't want it too quick anyways as you need to settle in and calm down!!! Knowing what I know now on day 2 or 3 would have been way way to quick!!

Well this makes me nervous. haha. We arrive on Tuesday, meet with WC on Wednesday morning, and get married on the Friday. Our only other option was fly in on the Saturday, get married on the following Friday, and leave the next day. I was not comfortable with that, so hopefully 2-3 days at the resort before we get married will work out.

Nah 4 days is great and was my

Original plan. Our flight got changed to a day earlier. I couldn't imagine arriving Saturday and marrying Monday! Or even Tuesday if you wanted a hair trial and welcome party and such. No time to get your bearings.

It also seems to depend on the resort. With all the looking I did and review all of the requirements and packages, they don't all seem to require you to be there that far ahead.

Dear @@Julianne

We offer a unique venue in the same area that is perfect as a getaway for your wedding group, we hold weddings any day from Monday to Saturday and we just advise you to arrive at least one or two days before to avoid any flights delays.

We offer a symbolic ceremony on the beautiful private beach of Las Caletas, but if you whish you can also add a civil ceremony in the morning on our Dolphin Center. This is totally your choice and it's only optional.

If you like  you can visit our website at www.adventureweddingsvallarta.com and check out our wedding packages or contact us at our toll free number.

We are sure you will be amazed by the beautiful combination of the sea and tropical forest that Caletas has, creating the perfect scenario for your wedding event.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
