Need Your Opinion On My Oot Bag

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to figure our which bag to get.  The colors for our wedding are fuchsia and turquoise, and I am having a hard time finding a nice bag to compliment these colors.  My mother does embroidery so I was going to do a starfish with Aruba on the bag, just something simple.

These are two I am leaning towards

The issue with the bag from deal rack is that is is in navy and not black.  But it is a bit larger and has an internal storage pocket.  And with the THANKS coupon code it is cheaper and they have free shipping.

So I guess my real question is...would it look dumb to use a bag with navy trim with a logo using fuchsia and turquoise.

wow I love both of those bags. The first bag really caught my eye. And no it would not look odd because you won't even notice as long as it's a dark navy blue. Some navy blue's and black look somewhat similar anyway. I bet no one will even notice it.

hmmmm well it depends if you are willing to sacrifice spending a little more, not having the things that the first bag has all for the sake of it's color? If it was me and It would end up cheaper, I would get the navy blue bag. I don't have everything necessarily matching perfectly with my wedding. I have coral in my wedding and there are plenty of different colored corals that I didn't realize until I was planning and buying things coral.

Go with your gut on this one I would say.

Personally I think the navy is better than the black because you have turquoise in your colors and they are from the same color family. Just my two cents. What did you decide on?

I have fuchsia and turquoise too.   Turquoise by accident - was trying to tie in orange, but when I wanted new shirts for the men in the wedding (didn't like the basic white), we settled on turquoise tops!   I like the smorgasboard of color.  The women will be in fuchsia.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
