OOT bags~ Per Room, Per Family???? Ahhhhhh!

Recommended Posts

I am all over the place! I have been working with different aspects of every different angle and idea and notion for my vow renewal. I am sure all of you know what I meansmile105.gif. Ok so today I am working with my OOT bags.

I was going to do per family but, I have found out some families are breaking up into different rooms. Let me explain. At first my mil was going to have a room, my BIL and his family, my sister and her family and our kids were going to have thier own room. Well now My sister and her husband will have a room

Her 2 kids and my son will share a room ( all between 19-21)

And my daughter and my BILs daughter will be with Nana.

On top of that, others are doing the same thing. I have friends  who are sibs and they and thier sug others are sharing a room with thier kids( again all over 18) will be in a different room. ( Open bathroom concept~ I hope they don't mind leaving the room so the other can get ready hehe)

I was going to do a bag per family with personal touches for each person. White Zin for my MIL, NY crossword book for my FIL and Step MIL, ... I could go on forever. But with everyone switching things up room wise, I might just do per room and have them distributed by hanging them on thier doors as the guests arrive or something like that with the personal touches for each one in the room.

My darling husband thinks I am thinking too much into it but I can't help it. I think this vow renewal is becoming an obsession. My family may host an intervention msnwink.gif hehe

I think per room is the best way to go since the the "children" are really adults.  We have a list of times when everyone is arriving and will greet our guests in the resort Lobby with their bags.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
