    Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the site, and can't wait to get people opinions and past experiences the good, the bad and the ugly. I got engaged in October at the Secrets Maroma resort, which is very beautiful and food was better than I would ever expect from an all-inclusive!

Since our engagment, we haven't done much! Really the only thing we have decided on is a destination wedding, as we would like to keep the weeding to 50 people or less. We are aiming for Oct or Nov of 2013 and we're looking for somewhere warm and tropical with direct flights from Vancouver(Mexico, Carribbean, Central America?), affordable for the guests and as we're inviting kids. Ideally, I would love to find a family friendly resort, that has a great beach, great food and offers an area for the ceremony that isn't right beside all the beach loungers. I watched 3 weddings while at Secrets Maroma, and I would prefer to limit the number of outsiders as much as possible. I am really hoping that someone will be able to provide me with a great solution:) If such a thing even exists, without going non-all-inclusive.

If we am not able to find an all-inclusive resort that offers something a little more private for the ceremony, I am considering Xcarat, but seems really expensive. Alternatively, a few years ago we went to Al Cielo for the day and it was amazing, but I would need to find an all-inclusive resort nearby for everyone to stay at.

In advance, thank everyone so much for their suggestions and pictures and thanks for having me!
