I can't wait for our honeymoon! We're spending 1 night in FL then going on a 12 day cruise to Central America, South America and the Caribbean

    Oooo...that sounds like a blast!

Just to make things worse, today I decided to call my travel agent to talk to her about the resort and the rooms so that I can get my invitations made and guess what? It looks like I HAVE NO travel agent! No wonder I sent an email 3 weeks ago and NEVER got an answer. I am beyond angry. Apple Vacation didn't bother to inform me, or get me a new travel agent or anything!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called and I got a machine. They are going to get a piece of my mind because that is bad customer service!! I should have been informed that the TA quit or left or anything and got replaced ASAP. This is something I am not suppose to be stressing about. I am not a happy camper.

Eww - that super sucks!!  I hope you are able to get everything worked out : (

      Sorry Jessica,

I must say I have been emailing my TA none stop. We understand each other now and its a great feeling. Have you tried a WTA?

They are wedding TA... they have their own destination wedding agents and all! Now I have to Lead of all wedding travel agents so i am guessing there won't be any more surprises when it comes to the wedding planning. She has emailed me about 3 times now and is trying to play catch up... I guess it could be worse.

I need help choosing colors for my wedding. I am very bad at coordinating/decorating and what not. I love the color teal or a turquoise and I saw  picture on this website of the girls wearing a teal dress with the fuchsia flowers and I loved it!!! Should I try to do teal, fuchsia, and gray or white? Would that even go together?

My fiance and I are getting married {courthouse} this year because we can't afford to the wedding we want. Why do the courthouse? Well due to my health issues, I need to start working on kids if I plan to have any, but we made a promise to our families to wait to have kids till we are married.

I have to say I just joined the site and I'm already addicted!

Giving your guest 2 years to plan and save is more than enough time.  I'm only having a 9 month engagement so I'm not leaving people very long to save/plan and book but we've been together over 3.5 years and didn't want to wait so we tried to find a place we loved that was economical, specifically for my FI family who doesn't travel, his Mom has never even been on a plane!! Wow! Funny his mom never being on a plane. Before planning a DW I had no idea so many of my family or FH family had never been on a plane.... Cruise honeymoon sound amazing im so terrified of cruises need to get over it.FH has wanted to go on a cruise for years

I just wish they had a lighter brown or even manly tropical colors haha- I think idk ... hahaha

If I use them they will go in the Welcome bags.

I am defiantly asking everyone to wear white/ light beige to the wedding - honestly I really don't want anyone to stick out in the pics : )  and there are so many shades of every color that I didn't want to go with something like blue .. I figured shades of white are safe.   Plus, I don't have a bridal party so I want everyone to feel and look like they are part of the wedding not just guest at it.

This was part of the original conversation my FI and I had -  but then I have been indecisive about it --- I think there are are ups and downs.  I just started working with a TA - I will see what types of options she throws my way.

One questions she asked me to help her figure out if I should go somewhere different (this is assuming guest will be staying at the resort after your wedding) was "are they high maintenance"   She suggested if they are to go somewhere new after the wedding so you can enjoy your time with your new husband on your honeymoon.
