Help!!!!! Bride to be wants info on BB package

Recommended Posts

Hi guys i'm new here and i have a few questions about the BB package. I'm getting married June 16 2013 at the sandals resort in Negril., Jamaica. Very excited and looking forward to a awesome 7 days of fun. For the couples that got married at any of the sandals is it a plain theme or are there flowers on the BB package and if there is none how much extra do you have to pay for flowers? I really don't know what to expected at all. I haven't talk to a WC as yet but i will get around to that soon. I'm having 10 people at my wedding i know its suppose to be 8 how much extra do i have to pay pp? All the help is greatly appreciated. CONGRATS to all the newly weds and soon to be brides.

The BB package is simple but still beautiful, it comes with your bouquet and flower for your hubby, and it only comes with one table that seats 8 , covers the cost for the 30 minuta cocktail reception of bride and groom plus 2 guest at no charge, after this it is $15 per person.  I got married back in July and I still have the wedding kit that has a good bit of cost info in it .  One thing to keep in mind about Sandals weddingmoons is that there is a cost for everything . Just PM me your email address and I'l lbe more than happy to send you what I have so you can brianstorm before you talk to your WC.You have until 60 days before your arrival date the the resort to pay for any extra wedidng ad ons so don't fell rushed to decide on something when you talk to your WC for the first time. Once you talk to your WC they will send you a wedding kit that will have the updated prices in it.  If you have any questions feel free to ask. This site is a good source of info .

Hey there reggaechick26! I'm getting married at Sandals Grand Rivera in Ocho Rios on June 15th of 2013. I'm also considering the BB theme wedding. Sharonte any info you can share will be greatly appreciated. My biggest concern is that I want to use an outside photographer. I was told I can't do that. Any ways around this?

TyTy, you need to book a stay for your photographer. That way she will be your guest, and nobody can stop your guest form taking pictures. It is a little bit more pricey, but it is soo worth it. The package that they offer is 100 pics for 1400. I got about 1000 edited and about 4000 raw pics for 1300$. Another good idea could be looking for someone else who is getting married around the same date and splitting photogs cost. Look for photogs that are willing to shoot your wedding in exchange of vacation. That is what I did, I met a girl here that was getting married a day after me at the same resort and we split cost of our photographer. It was the best decision I made :) Excluding marrying my husband of course ;)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
