black & white pictures with color accents

    How do you create pictures that are black & white with some color? Often they will be all black & white except the flowers will have color.

    Do you make a black & white picture & then color the flowers? Or do you remove color from everything else except the flowers?

    I think I've seen a tool to do this on a program, but I've never played with it.

            I don't know if that tutorial has the best way to do it. They are basically painting the flower pink. That wouldn't work for pictures with people that would be hard to color in the right shade.

                  OK i did it! I'm so excited to have a new skill! I can't wait to uncolor a bunch of pictures.
