I am also getting married at the Royal/Gran Caribe and have been planning since this last June. I did use a TA, actaully one that use to be on this forum. A lot of girls on this forum have used her and she has great reviews. Im not sure I can put her info on here now but if you want more info you can send me a private message. Anyway so that is for booking your trip and for your guests. Then you will want to go to the real resorts website and fill out a contact form. Then you will get a wedding coordinator assigned to you to set up all the details for your wedding. Once you get to the resort you will have a new onsite coordinator to be with you throughout your wedding.
