    This page reviews all of the popular diets and crash diets, diuretics etc...
    It is a wealth of knowledge and we're all so different, if you want FAST you definitely will need to drink tons of water and watch the food- the Nuphedrine has worked fantastically for a few women I know.

      I have been exercising and watching what I eat (not so much what I drink though ) all summer, but I'm right there with the 2 month brides...I'm way above my goal weight still. I joined a half marathon class so I'm really running and I'm trying to do pilates a few times a week as well.

      Now of course all this last minute ramping up is making me worried about the dress.

      I really like the running class thing though because you have people to buddy with, a coach and you're paying for it so I at least feel more like I HAVE to go and do my best on the runs/workouts. I would totally do some kind of cardio based class: swimming, tennis, rowing, whatever you are slightly interested in.
