After the the valentines day holiday, plus a week of stress. My eating habits have taken a dive for the worst. I'm resisting my old eating habits but stress is pulling me in to the vicious cycle.
I'm still going strong with my DIET-TO-GO food and I'm going to send an email to kick start my workout again...but this time with a personal trainer.
I'll post the Diet-to-Go details in another post providing more details.
