- Does the wedding reception include a bar or do you have to pay extra for that? This was a bit unclear in the package write-up. if you do a private event it usually does include an open bar.

- You say you had a spa party, I would love to do this with my girl friends the morning of the wedding. How much was this? I know you're wedding was in 2006, but I just would like to get an idea. Is it priced per person? Did you get a better deal since you had several people? at the time it didn't cost anything extra but the spa services.  this might have changed though.

- When did you begin picking out your menu, flowers, cake, etc. before the wedding? I think I saw you say in another thread about one month before, but just want to double check.w i started compiling images of flowers and cakes that I liked the whole time I was planning but sent them to my WC about a month before the wedding to get some quotes.  If the flowers were too expensive I would change my choices.  The resort also has some more standard cake and flower choices to choose from.  regarding the menu, you can even choose a few days before the reception if you get to the resort early enough to do a tasting or during your site visit.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
