I have way over a year (as of today it is actually 19 months 1 week 5 days..gotta love the tickers) and am planning on following South Beach starting next week (not willing to give up the alcohol with all the 4th of July parties I have next week). I read the original book a few years ago but recently bought the Supercharged and read that last week....
Is anyone else following it?
