BDW Platinum Vendor Review: EM Weddings Photography

*New* Mrs. G

Recommended Posts

Hello BDW Members,

Some of you may have seen my previous post on this vendor Need your feedback: EM Weddings Photography. DH & I just sent the final payment yesterday and Enrique will be shipping the package to us via courier. Once we receive the package, he will send us the links with the web galleries. Enrique is sending us a DVD with all the images taken during our DW & a letter giving us all the rights.

I won't be posting the links directly on the forum, but if anyone wants to see our pictures, please PM me and I can send them to you.

Once I have the final product, I will write a review. That should be in the next week or so. I'm not the greatest at that sort of thing, so if anyone has any questions, let me know.

Wow, where do I start...

With only five weeks before our wedding and no photographer booked, Enrique confirmed he was able to take us as clients for our wedding. He sent us the contract and answered all my questions, which were never-ending. He was very kind and understanding; a clear professional. He obviously dealt with nervous brides like me before.

The pictures are breathtaking and everyone who has seen them LOVES them!! Tim & I are not the type of people who "pose" for pictures. We were grateful that Enrique guided us to create the amazing images. He said to trust him, and we did unequivocally. We also did not expect to receive the albums, so it was a joy to open the package once it finally arrived. I can't wait to show the video to my father who could not make it to Mexico. Unfortunately part of the disc skips, so I'm waiting to see if he can switch it for one that doesn't skip. I will update this once I have more information.

This is truly the most important day of our lives and he managed to capture it for us to treasure for years to come. I hope to take more pictures on our wedding anniversary with Enrique.

I understand this would be EM Wedding's first review on BDW. While I'm not the greatest writer, I'm willing to answer any questions that members may have.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
