FREE Beginners 1/2 Marathon Training - Vancouver BC

Recommended Posts

Hey guys!

Sorry in advance if this is considered an advert, but it's free so I thought I'd post anyways.

I'm a trainer in the Vancouver BC area, and I have a few clients with goals of running the Scotiabank 1/2 Marathon on June 27th, 2010.

Because I offer a lot of free classes to people who can't afford fitness but need it, I decided that a free running clinic would be AWESOME!

We'll be training in 2 different locations - 1x/week in Richmond BC and 1x/week in Langley BC.

We'll start off with a basic learn to run clinic and that'll be 8 weeks long. Then we'll add on distance for the remainder of the our training time until the marathon!

Think of it this way. Even if you don't want to run the race, committing yourself to something that's almost 7 months away will help you create a healthy lifestyle, and an excellent byproduct of this training is WEIGHT LOSS! Running 3-5x a week is definitely a major commitment, but so is getting married and looking amazing in those dresses people!

REMEMBER THESE 2 THINGS:

1. This is totally free, and it's a wonderful opportunity to aim for something amazing!

2. This is for BEGINNER'S, so don't be shy and let me know if you're interested!!!!!

If you have any questions, feel free to ask here or PM me. Also, tell your friends!!!! The more the merrier!

(again, sorry if this post is inappropriate, I just want to share the free fitness love cheesy.gif)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
