That's for 4 days, 3 nights! Once I booked my wedding there, they gave me all sorts of deals. Also, when you talk to a travel agent, let her know your choices, and she can find you the best prices. When you book hotel and air together, you save money. For example, we were searching online and found a deal for Le Blanc for $2000 per couple for 3 nights! It doesn't really make sense, considering the rooms are supposed to be $500 per night. I think when you book these packages, they give you a free night or something like that. Just do your research, and you can find some great deals!smile03.gif

Sorry, I guess my response did not post for some reason. Sorry if there ends up being 2 posts that are similar!

Those prices I gave you were for 4 days, 3 nights! Once I booked my wedding with Le Blanc, they gave me all sorts of deals. Also, talk to a travel agent and tell her all your choices. She can give you a breakdown of prices from each resort. These prices will be a lot more reasonable than what you have been seeing. For example, we started researching Le Blanc, Azul Sensatori, and Grand Velas. Every "package" she game me was less than the $500 per night. We found one for Le Blanc that was $2000 per couple for 3 nights, including airfare. When you book air and hotel together, you save a lot of money. I was in your same position...I didn't want my guests to spend all that money. I wasn't even looking at Cancun, until I came across Le Blanc. It was perfect for us and only ends up being about $250 extra for the weekend for my guests. It was definitely worth it!! Good luck!smile29.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
