I hate to even have to put this on here.. But in the end i wanna try to be as much help as possible ---no matter how disapointing it'll be to some brides to be out there..

 

I just read this on the internet, it was posted 6 hours ago...

FYI - the closure of teh Rose Hall Beach resort and two other Iberostar resorts in the Mayan Riviera are only temporary. Guests booked at the Rose Hall Beach for the month of September are being upgraded at no additional cost to the Suites or Grand Rose Hall until the doors re-open on September 30th.

Thanks for sharing this news, I am one of the unlucky ones who has my wedding booked here, however, our wedding is in May 2010....Hopefully, the resort will be alive and well during that time!!! I'm currently just waiting around for my TA to let me know what to do next...wait? or start from scratch?

 

ugh, they say things happen for a reason, there better be one heck of a good reason for all of this!!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
