How do I find a Travel Agent?

Here are the qualifications I would like one to have...but don't know how to find one - never used one!

Cost to my guests is of utmost important to me so I'm looking to find someone who can help me keep the Air/Hotel cost for guests down!

    1. Destination Wedding Experience, especially in the Cancun/Riviera Maya area
    2. Relationship with Dreams Resorts
    3. Great negotiating skills for group rates!!!
    4. Relationship with Travel Companies (my brother in law used a travel agency that worked with Worry Free Travel, and they apparently chartered flights to mexico - this made our flights cheap!)
    5. Ability to handle a group of 60-80 people, mainly from Dallas. Some in Atlanta.
    6. From the Dallas Fort Worth area would be great

Some info of what I'm looking for:
    1. Getting Married May-July 2010
    2. All-Inclusive
    3. will be doing some traditional pakistani/indian ceremonies as well, so will need a conference room/area for multiple days

I really apologize if something like this is out there already, if it is please let me know and Ill post there.

    Thanks so much everyone!!!!!

Contact one of the BDW travel agents on the forum - they are great and specialize in this all day! Click the logo at the top of the page

I think TammyHost is the one that specializes in the Riviera Maya.
