what was your impression of the DJ at ROR? I was thinking about having an ipod reception, but I am worried about how the music will flow and if there will be ackward pauses between songs, etc. I have heard such mixed reviews about the DJ and the kind of music played. I would probably still bring my loaded ipod and have the DJ mix between the two based on his music selection. what was your experience?

I thought the DJ did a good job. Started off a bit corny but as the night went on it got much better. I think that as long as you bring some of your own music for the DJ to play, you'll be fine. Bringing your own music guarantee's that you'll hear the music that you really like. Once the disco opened up to the public, they changed DJ's & more current music was played. All in all, I'm glad that I used the DJ & the disco and my guests enjoyed it.
