so i survived my tough 2nd day. i was pretty well behaved at dinner. i skipped the wine, had a salad for my 1st course & squash & brocholi for my 2nd course. But, i couldn't resist dessert. we were at a gormet place so atleaast the portions were small. i can't pass up an amazing, free meal.

i also had a free meal today, (a luncheon) and i made some decent choices. i had a small half sandwich, some amazing grilled veggies (zucchini, peppers, asparagus, etc.), and fruit salad. not bad eh? well then i had a chocolate covered macaroon, haha. at least it was "a" macaroon and not several. and i rationalized that it had to be better than the thick, rich brownie-type things. LMAO

Becksy you can definately see some definition in your tummy area.

 

I tried my bathing suits yesterday. And they actually looked okay. I'm so happy. i still want to lose another 10lbs before we go away in 6 weeks (wishful thinking I know).

I'm having an alright week. Past my too much wine on Sunday, but then over did it on Wednesday. Darn wings and beer (tasted so good though). Anyway, trying to be more consistent. Need to dig deep to find my motivation.

Ok, so I am paying attention (for the most part anyway) to what I eat, but I haven't done one lick of exercises. I've made up a schedule for myself though of chores. So hopefully I won't feel so rushed all the tiem and will have time for exercise. If only I didn't hate it to much.

I've be good so far with respect to food. Hoping to go running with the dogs after work. If I promise to take them, that usually motivates me to go.
