I NEED to be motivated too.!!!!! but I heard it's better to workout in the morning. They say you should work out and then go right to bed. So I know if I worked all day and then hit the gym at 9:30.. my butt would be running to the bed after I took a shower. PLUS.. you will have more energy during the day after your morning workout. I was doing so good. Getting up a 5:30 but for some reason I haven't been going. I want to lose at least 30 lbs.
Get me to the gym..

I say go in the morning and sign up for the BDW Biggest Loser, it is great motivation!!
