I had found Juan Navarro on this site, and based on his work, reasonable prices and dedication we decided to hire him as our photographer.  After corresponding with him through email, I realized how much passion Juan has for his work.  He wanted to get a feel for my husband and I, how we met, our background, what we are looking for in our wedding pictures.  He was great to communicate with prior to our wedding day in Mexico, he asked me what time I would like him to arrive, and the time/location of the ceremony and the day of our wedding Juan was at the resort 30 minutes to an hour early and met myself and my wedding party at my room.  He was wonderful to work with from the very start.  I am not the most comfortable person in from of the camera, but he made you feel at ease, ensuring me that as long as I am comfortable the pictures will be beautiful. 

We were unfortunate to have been rained off the beach in our first ceremony location, which caused a delay in our ceremony services.  Juan caught every moment, I never had the chance to see the original wedding site in person but Juan went out in the rain and made sure I had pictures of the beach set up.  Which I am very greatful, as it adds to the story and memories of our wedding.  He made sure we got all the pictures we wanted, he caught every magical moment, and wanted to make sure we got our beach pictures.  He really wanted to make sure we were happy, he even offered to come back on his only day off that week to take beach shots if the rain did not clear, but it did, and the semi storm made for wonderful photographs. 

He truly made our wedding day even more magical.  Myself, my husband and our wedding party had a blast with him that day.  He helped us have fun and relax and as promised our pictures are beautiful.
