Unfortunately, this is not a good place for anyone who is anticipating a clean upscale vacation especially for a wedding or milestone event. We have the 2nd master suite which fortunately had a real bathroom (the pics do not show the other rooms bathrooms for a reason). We left to stay at another place by day two. The sheets and pillows were dirty. The AC went out several times but came back on. We never had hot water despite multiple failed attempts to fix it with management. WIFI never worked but we were advised that a recent "firewall" issue occurred but we confirmed it never worked. Set your standards and expectations properly before putting down a large deposit. Management did not care and critically need to lower the price significantly. This is an ideal spot for a high school students who will likely be offsite the majority of the time and will likely will not try to get their parents money back.
