Hi there I am a wedding planner and have been to this resort. I can answer a few of your questions. The food is amazing and you should be able to have a buffet or plated dinner and the resort should show you your options. The hotel is small, but has an amazing beach. Are you aware that they are upgrading the hotel to a Panama Jack? which will increase it's look and value. In July because it is down season you should have no issues with crowdedness, it should be good. you are aware that is rainy season right? No, they don't have those kind of parties as that is not what kind of resort it is. It is very family friendly and laid back. That could change when the transformation happens to Panama Jack as their brand is much more relaxed. Don't be terrified, but don't try to do it all on your own. If your budget permits, higher a wedding planner. they can walk you through all the details and make sure everything is done for you.
