@@Danielle1 and @, Thank you so much for your answers! You are both right, I really don't want to stress over something like this on my wedding day, it is definitely not worth it. Booking nights for the photographer is also really expensive, and coming from Canada the dollar conversion rate is horrible right now... I am trying to negotiate something with the wedding coordinator. The alternative would be to book DreamArt, any thoughts on their work?

Hello fellow Palace brides, Quick questions for those of you who chose an outside vendor for anything (photographer, flowers, etc.): How to avoid the 800$USD vendor fee???? I have read that some were able to simply get a day pass for the photographer, but HOW? Won't the hotel notice that you have a photographer at your wedding? The wedding coordinator is asking me who will be my photographer, can I simply say that I won't have a professional photographer (that friends will be taking pictures or something) and that I have a guest coming from outside the resort and it will work?? Wedding is in less than 3 weeks so any quick reply will be much appreciated! Thank you!!
