Thanks to both of you that's really helpful! I've spoken to a couple travel agents I didn't particularly like because they were clearly pushing me toward resorts they had partnerships with, rather than the resorts I liked. But I definitely need someone to handle the guest travel.

Hi ladies! I am a newbie also considering the Iberostars for December 2015 as well! - both the Quetzal and the Paraiso complex. Any help/information would much appreciated! Also, curious as to what made you choose this resort, as I'm trying to narrow down my choices! Thanks!
