I think veils are beautiful, but for the added cost and considering i'd just wear it for the ceremony and pictures (with the risk of wind), i'm opting out.  I might do a hairpiece / clip of some sort if I find something I just cannot live without.

There is so much to do at the resort, I think we can stay plenty busy there! Snowing!?! It was 96 F yesterday in Memphis, TN!

We are going to do them. My fiancé and I will probably do some sort of an introduction of everyone at a welcome type event, then a thank you after the ceremony. Our bm and moh will give a speech and then both of our dads probably, too

What order are you using for your processional? I have 1 more groomsman than bridesmaid, so I don't really want them to walk down arm and arm. Is your groom seating the moms? Are his parents escorting him down? And how many songs?

My fiancé wants a very simple, silver band. I have looked around and prices vary greatly. Where did you get your grooms band?

Does anyone have experience with blue Nile? They have the best prices, from what I have seen.

I thought about doing something small and funny, I have seen coffee mugs that say "I love you" and "I know", that is what he always says to me, so I thought it'd be cute

My mom just bought us both a fitbit flex today to push us these last 51 days before the wedding. I am so excited to have this extra motivation, as I really need it to reach my goals. Do any of you use fitbit and have tips for me?

@@Sabes44 I am wondering the same thing.  I am considering them, but their packages seem very high and don't offer a whole lot (for the lower priced options).

I am so bummed I just found this site/forum yesterday.  I leave in 51 days and I have about 65 DIY projects I want to do now...Oh and a TON of stuff to buy because EVERYONE has so many amazing ideas.  My fiance is going to kill me.  His poor bank account.

Our resort, EPM has an in house photographer we can use, Beach Studios.  I've looked at their packages and they are RIDICULOUSLY high for what they offer (range from $500-$4,800, with the $500 option only getting you 24 images).

We can bring in a photographer for a $500 fee, which might be worth it if they have a more robust and reasonable package.

Have any of you found an amazing photographer with excellence packages for reasonable prices??

I love the mug idea!  I am planning on getting my groom a watch (although I know he'd rather me get him a PS4...not happening).

Are you doing a wrist corsage or a pinned corsage for your mom / mil at the wedding?  At first I thought I liked the wrist idea so they wouldn't have to pin something on their dresses, but I am worried a wrist corsage might get hot and annoying. 

I am doing all of my flowers and boutonnieres beforehand, something similar to this:

I thought I could put all of the boutonnieres in a tupperware in my suitcase to keep them from being smashed on the way down.  Do any of you have any great ideas or plans on how to get the bouquets down there?  I have all the flowers done, but haven't assembled them.  I didn't know if they would be easier to get down as stems vs. a bouquet.

Any advice would be much appreciated!! 

I've seen quite a few posts about where you ladies have purchased your pieces for room key and tip holders, but I'm debating on going with either a lanyard style or the coil wrist style.  Which did you choose and why?  I think they both are awesome ideas.  Ultimately I'd like to get the one that would be the most useful / less of a nuisance.

I already have a running list of things we have to decide on.  Anytime it comes to me asking for more money it's best to do it in a vehicle
