  1. I recently used Florenta and had a frustrating ordeal communicating with Lola and receiving the flowers I had asked for. The initial conversation with Lola went fine. She seemed friendly enough. However, once she started sending budgets, they were lacking detail for each item and was not clear on quantity of flowers or their colors. Instead of providing images of what she would make, she used images from my Pinterest account, which ended up not looking at all like the final product. Months in advance, I asked if it would be possible to do a certain type of bridal bouquet. She mentioned that the particular type of flower would need to be imported and the final color of the flower wouldn't be clear until its arrival. Upon further probing, it ended up that the flower she was set on ordering was a wine color, when the wedding was in lilac and aubergine tones. The worst part is she didn't seem to care. I finally gave up going back and forth with her on the quote, even though the prices seemed skewed on small versus large arrangement sizes. In the planning process, she kept saying we would need to include roses as filler and assured me that they would be purple, even though the picture I was sent made them look more pink. However, sure enough, the day of the wedding they turned out to be pink - ruining each flower arrangement. In addition, she brought the flowers in a box that had the date of another wedding on it -- not my date, and this ended up in wedding pictures. She even had the nerve to stay around for a while as we were getting ready for the wedding as she seemed proud of the flowers. This incensed me - given the moment I saw the flowers, I was so disappointed at how they turned out that I started tearing up through my make up which had just been done. Given my experience in the frustrating planning process with Lola and the fidelity of the flowers received to those requested, I would not recommend Lola and Florenta.
