Hello Nathalie, We got married at the Moon Palace on November 8th 2014, and went through the same dilemma, after talking to a lot of people we decided to go with Santiago and Josefina from Becker Bessonart, they did both services for us Photography and Video. It took less than a month for us to receive a package containing all pictures taken that day, edited pictures, a highlight video and a full video in all formats (Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital Copy) and we could not be happier, they were really professional, accommodating and super understanding, no matter what they always had the best attitude making our wedding not only easier but even more special. I do not recommend people too often but you we were in your position and this was one of the best decision we made. @@NJBride2014 Thank you so much for your response, yes, the rates my guest are giving me already include the airport transfers, they are actually getting the information directly from the moonpalace website, so I don't know how to encourage them to use my link, how can I to explain the difference in price, we are talking about $80 a night and most of them are looking to stay 4 to 5 nights, I went to the moon palace website and checked myself and the information they gave me was correct. I wish there was something I could do to make them lower the price, our room is already paid but at least my guest will have a better rate and will be motivated to use the link the resort gave for the so called "special group rate" I will check the photographers in the forums, hopefully I'll find one that I like.

Hello!!! Can you please send me the information for DJ Discomovil? I'm getting married at the moon palace in november and I'm freaking out, things have not been as smooth as I expected... I'm also really dissapointed with the photo/video vendors, do you have anyone for those services? Also, did you have any issues with the "group rate" given to you? a few guest called me because the prices on line including transportation are about $80,00 cheaper per night!! Any advice will help, I decided to do a destination wedding thinking it was going to be less stressfull but it has not been the case!!

@misobox Thank you so much for the information! No, I booked through the MP direcltly. I checked the prices online and yes, those prices included transportation and everything... I understand that the rates given based on occupancy from previous years but there is a big discrepancy in price in my case. I guess I will try calling them again to see if something can be done... If anyone has a supervisor's contact information I'll aprecciate it!

Hello! By any chance did you have any issues with the "special rate" given to you by the resort? My wedding is in November 2014 and i was given a rate of 392.00 per room (double occupancy/garden view delux) but i have received several calls from family and friends stating that the rates on the resort website are way lowers than what it was offered to me. I'm talking of prices ranging from 328.00 to 348.00 per night for the same rooms with transportation included!!! I tried to talk to several ppl at the resort but no one would give me a striaght answer!! Did this happen to you??? I'll appreciate any input on this matter, I dont want my family and friends thinking Im making then pay more to get perks and free stuff!!!! Thanks!

Hello Everyone! I have my wedding date set for november 2014, but I was wondering if anyone had issues with the "special group rate" given by the resort?? I was given a rate of $392.00 dollars a night (double occupancy), but I got a lot of calls from my guest's stating that the rate at the website was much lower from $328.00 to $347.00 a night for the same rooms including transportation!!!!! (Deluxe Garden View)... I tried calling the wedding department and to talk to a supervisor but I was not able to get a straight response from anyone!! I dont want my guest to think I am making them pay more just to get free stuff. Please let me know if anyone had a similar situation and if there is a contact person that can help me resolve this issue. Any advice is appreciate it, Thx!
