Hi, I am a 2015 bride. Anyone have a hard time with the Miami office? It's like pulling teeth to get anything figured out. I have sent over my deposit beginning of last week, did not hear anything back for a whole week. I emailed the lady asking if she had everything and if it was all ok cause she had yet to run my card and she sent me one back saying " she will have a conformation for me shortly." Well needless to say it's been 2 days since then and when I call I only get an automated voice telling me " is on the phone".. I'm clueless and nervous! I just wanna get past the Miami office and speak with someone in PC, but, for me it is seeming difficult!!! Is it only me or have others had trouble with them?
