Luckily I have the email with him stating the outside vendor fee for makeup vendor is $150. @@robynm10 how's your wedding plans going? I am trying to decide if I should hire a dj or not. Are you planning to get a dj?

@@nyarcher1215 thanks!!! Congrats on your recent wedding. I just reached out to Victor again. I am hoping the fee will drop down to $150. Thanks for note about the private room at Le Petit Plaisir. We will definitely look in to that when we get there. There's definitely less than 20 people the first few days we are there. Did you have to pay extra for them to set up the decor you brought? Also, did you happen to have a photobooth or cigar bar setup at your wedding? Trying decide if we want to add that to the wedding bag or set up a cigar bar either during the cocktail hour or reception.

That is great news!!! Were any brides able to get the resort to waive the outside vendor fee to hire an airbrush makeup company? Their spa doesn't offer this service and I can't seem to get Victor to waive the $500 outside vendor fee.

Robin-how did your site visit go? Did you meet with Victor? I am also looking in to renting a catamaran for a group excursion. I got a quote from Liam Dodd who I found on a Facebook group. The price seems pretty reasonable. Let me know if you want the price, I can email them to you. Also, I am planning to have the ceremony in the Skybar. I want to set up an area for cigars for the guys, but don't really want to rent lounge chairs. Did you happen to see if they have chairs already at the sky bar?

So bummed...Viviana was my WC. I just emailed her some questions and got an email from Victor letting me know Viviana just received a promotion and that he is going to be my new WC. Crossing my finger.

Congrats @@k4te!!! You looked beautiful. Your reception looks amazing. Can't wait to see your videos. Quick question, did you have a DJ or did you rent speakers? We are expecting approximately 40 guests, so wondering if a dj is worth it. Also, at the Grand Palapa, did you have to rent the drapes and chandelier or is it included? I am trying to decide how much decoration is needed for the ceremony and reception. thanks
