I desperately wanted to lose a few pounds before my wedding, the more stressed I got, the more I ate! I really wish they had It Works body wraps around when I needed them! I use them now to get rid of the tummy baby fat, stretch marks and to tighten and tone my "after baby" skin. I really think it's most important to remember not to get too stressed as it's ONE day in the rest of your lives together and it goes by so fast that it may become a blurr so enjoy yourself and relax as much as possible!
