I am getting married May 8th! In my experience in the beginning it took 1-2 months for them to respond back to my e-mails. The last 2-3 weeks Juan gets back to me in 1-2 days normally. -
I need to submit my wedding planning form by the end of this week and I can't decide if I want to have the Spa do my makeup or my mother who has a passion for makeup. I have read mixed reviews and was wondering if anyone has pictures of their makeup from the Now Spa! Thanks!

I had a couple questions if any of you ladies know the answers! If we want to upgrade the chairs do we pay the $5 difference from the basic chair to the tiffany chair or do they charge $10 even for the chairs that are included? Does anyone have an idea of what the hair and make up charges are? And do you recommend them? Thanks!!
