Is anyone else having a 7pm Ceremony? If so, what's your timeline of events (reception, cocktail hour, etc.)?

Majestic Elegance I am looking at setting a wedding date next February/March- My first choice of date was available but with the only ceremony time being at 12:00pm. The reception cannot start earlier than 6:30pm- that said, has anyone went thru with this gap of time and what did you have your guests do? I feel like that's too much time inbetween and it looses the "wedding feeling".
