Is it possible for 2 weddings to occur on the same date, time and location? i thought they only offer one beach (baech gazebo) at once?

Hi this happened to me as well. I had a family with a 9 year old booked into the suite side with the rest of my family, and they have now had to get a full refund as they cannot stay in a standard room due to the size. Yes this does apply to all amentities on the suite side. I believe the resort offered my adult guests wristbands so that they could go to the adult pool and restaurants, but it doesnt really help if you have a 9 yr old that you cannot leave alone.

We fiancé and I are getting married march 22, 2014. I have already booked the beach gazebo for the wedding at 3pm and the beach for a private dinner and reception. I have also contacted Jan's flowers for my flowers and booked the dj for our reception. I didn't wait for the WC to contact me I started emailing her. But I have run into problems with trying to book things so far in advance. I just want I make sure everything is planned and organized so I dont get overwhelmed.
