I will be getting married there May, 30th 2014! Any helpful hints? I want to hire a videographer and photographer that is not associated with Beaches, does anyone know what the fee would be to bring in someone from the outside? What about the Beaches DJ? Are they good? Would love any helpful information about the wedding in general!

HELP!!! We are booking 20+ rooms and our travel agent told us that a 3 hour reception is included! I'm assuming that includes alcohol! Please let us know!

NEED HELP!! Planing on having 20+ rooms and our travel adviser Marcia Perkins from DestinationWeddings.com told us this would be the best resort b/c of kid friendly/all inclusive/big resort. For all of those who have already celebrated their wedding at this location or brides to be... do they have any tips for us? After 20+ rooms they told us a 3 hour reception is included free (with one hour being hot and cold orderves), DOES THIS INCLUDE ALCOHOL? I know this is a family resort but the guests are going to be 60-70% adults and are going to be drinking, does anyone think that this is a problem? How much does the average wedding cost? I have just played around with the "create your own wedding" and totaled about $8500 already and that doesn't include flight and room! PLEASE HELP!!!!
