We are having our wedding at The Beach Tulum/Cabanas Tulum in March 2014. We have 44 guests (including 3 children) and we are doing a mayan ceremony. The hotel did not require that we book the entire hotel -- we were able to reserve a block of rooms at both hotels. The hotels have air conditioning available at night and both have pools as well. The customer service and the quality of food at the hotel's restaurant, Ziggy's, are some of the best we experienced in Tulum. The hotel is very prompt to answer emails (as opposed to a lot of other places!), so just email them and they can give you all the info. Good luck!
