When do you need to order them? and which country do you live in?

Hi Everyone, This is what I got from Patricia: 1) Caprice Package - You advised I am allowed up to 50 ppl. What about if i have 60-70 ppl? Will the additional charge of $10.50 apply for the additional 20-30 ppl, above the 40 allowed on the package? If you have the Steakhouse menu, the cost is US$10.50 over 40 persons. In order to have these formalities you will need the Plantation for 4 hours and the location cost is US$1000 There is no cost for children under 2. If you have the Free package you will pay US$10.50 per person plus the location fee. There is an open bar cost of US$15 per person We may use a CD, MP3 or Ipod for the ceremony

Danielle, do you know if the $10.50 pp (for the plantation) applies, if you have 80 guests? I chose the caprice package and it allows up to 40 ppl. Does this mean i pay an additional $10.40 for the extra 40 guests?

I'm getting really scared with my numbers. I always thought that if I had a destination wedding, my guest count would be approx 40. The guests we've invited, have surprised us. We are almost at approx 80 guests. Does anyone know if I book the Plantation, would they charge us $10.50 per guest, exceeding our package? or will they force us to pay $67.50 per guest? I so confused and I have yet to hear from Keisha, regarding all my questions.

Hi Danielle03, Just to clarify....If I choose to do my reception at the Plantation Restaurant, I would have to pay $1000 for 4 hours, plus $10.50 per person? I'm planning on going with the Caprice Package, which allows up to 40 guests. Would this mean I would have to pay $10.50 pp for all 40 guests +++++, or just above the 40 guests? Maria
