That definitely helps. How much was the DJ and lighted dancefloor? Almost everyone will be dancing so I think it will be a good bet. I am hoping they let us tradeout some services because we don't need a videographer....I feel the same way you do. What package did you get? Did you like it?

Can anyone give any advice on a small wedding of about 15 ppl? I am mainly trying to figure out the DJ and lighted dancefloor....the cost and who to use. Also, about a sound system for a ceremony and if its necessary or just an ipod and docking station. Our wedding is in August and this has been so stressful and it seems super expensive. Any advice about anything at Dreams would be great!

I just submitted our questionairre for Dreams Cancun - our wedding date is August 12, 2013! This has been such a daunting and stressful process trying to find a resort. We are having about 16 people total..very small. I had some questions and dont know if anyone would be willing to answer. 1. Is a cocktail hour between wedding and reception really necessary? 2. How much was hair and makeup? 3. Did anyone have a DJ and lightup dance floor and how much was that? 4. Any photos, advice, instruction, etc would be great!
