Does anyone know the table arrangement for the grill for diner? Do we have a choice??

Omg sounds perfect. That was my plan to have the ceremony, cake and first dance all down at gazebo. I will also be bringing my own saches. I didn't get to see your pics because the link won't open for me. I'm interested to see what the table set up was Like at the grill.

Yes. I am getting married on april 9 at 2. I know what I'm doing is prob. The free package. And pay for upgrades. Seems to be cheaper that way. 16 free 20 a person after that. The cake is 1 layer. 40 for each additional tear. The photographer has 3 basic packages. 350, 500, or 800. If you use or bring in your own photographer it is 800 just for vendors fee. The videoographer is 450. If you want a private reception its 1800 I think. I'm doing the free semi private diner. Im bringing my own table favors, cake toppers and chair saches. Chair saches are 2.50 each. You can buy you own for 75 cents. I'm also bringing my own pink sky lanterns. Hope this helps

I was also going to get my cousin who is a professional photographer to shoot my wedding. He is coming either way. He is a paying guest there for the week. The hotel said it doesn't matter! It's 800!! Wow. I said he isn't charging me and he's a family member and a guest! They said nope no exeptions! Wow wow wow

Wow ladies. My cousins boyfriend is a phographer. He's really good and said if I pay for his trip (he's coming either way) he would do the photography from the airport till after the wedding. He would edit everything and put it on cd and print whatever I want at cost. So I thought I would use my free trip for him, but now if I have to pay another 800!!

I was suppose to be married April 23 at 2 but I had to change the date because of Easter, so you may wanna check with hotel as the 23rd at 2 is now available.

Nevermind. I figured out how to read the thread LOL dawn in the 8th and Walsh I saw ur rate was 1600. Mine is 1500 including taxes but not including early booking rate (won't find out till summer about that discount) and 1 time after that when rates drop we can lock in at better price but only once! Also ever 16th person is free! Since my wedding is at 2 and I'm cake and 1st dance in gazebo, I figure after pictures we still got 2 hours till diner so an hour for everyone to freshen up and I thought we would all meet in lobby bar for cocktails from 5-6 then diner, lanterns then party party party!!!
