I am confirmed for June 7, 2014.... I am doing the see and sea dinner and then a beach reception. I was going to have a dj...anyone have a cocktail hour? Any info on the photographers they use? What about the weather...will it be too hot? So many questions...yikes! Help please!

So I am looking to have a symbolic ceremony in Mexico June 2014 ...I hope to have 30-80 guests with kids. I want to get married on the beach and have a cocktail hour then dinner and reception on the beach or I am open to a semi private dinner at a restaurant or terrace. I am looking for guests to pay under $200 a night and also I don't want to Soren more than $15000 total for the wedding and trip for myself and my fiancé. I need suggestions on which resorts are the most up to date and can fit my needs...so far I am overwhelmed with where to go because there are so many options....help, please!
