Booked all at the same time, 2 others added to it later on. You don't know the date, so we booked the holiday and told them a preferred date - and got it. There is no kind of availability checker as such. Don't think the hotel will entertain you either until they know you are booked in to stay there. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

I booked via Thomas cook, sent the hotel an email and waited.. Don't expect a reply for a long time, I get married in September this year, still waiting to speak to them in any kind of detail. Got date, time and location but that's it. I'm not worried though as they only get going with discussions 3 months before the date. Just book the holiday then email them and relax! Pricing HELP
micflair replied to Jamie R Smith's topic in Riviera Maya and Cancun Accommodations & Site
150 people?! Wow. That's why its so much extra! The packages are for 20/30 people. You have to understand the restaurants are open to the paying holiday people at the same time as your wedding reception. You would be taking over the entire place! The extra staff involved etc for a wedding reception of that size would obviously incur extra cost. Maybe you should trim it down a bit.. By 120 people!
