Who is everyone using for flowers? I've heard of a company girls used and had them dropped off in the parking lot so they didn't have to pay a vendor fee, but I can't remember the flower shop name.

Past BP brides, Did you guys do a symbolic ceremony or a real one? I chose symbolic. I was wondering if you guys told what you wanted the person marrying you to say or if they already have something prepared? Did you like what they said and was it pretty traditional? Thank you! Brandi

Hey ladies, Who is everyone using for hair and makeup? I love airbrush makeup and I can't decide between The Best Moments and Tania Tagle. Has anyone used either of those? Such a hard decision!!

YossiMeyer, As far as I know a day pass for guests not staying at the hotel is around $95 per person. I also heard that 75% of the guests have to stay at the wedding, but you could ask them if they could make an exception for that if you need to. For the contract, I don't think they have recently allowed anyone to include the roof top terrace on the contract. My wedding is this November and they wouldn't let me put it on there, but they assured me that they only book one wedding at a time or have certain time slots for weddings so there shouldn't be a problem. I made sure they made a note that I wanted the roof top terrace and sky terrace for my reception. I hope this helps! Planning can be stressful in the beginning, but it all seems to work out great for everyone.

Thanks Shan! That definitely makes me feel better. I didn't want to start booking all of my outside venders and not know if my date was secured due to not having a deposit.

I have tried emailing rocio but I haven't gotten a response. I just don't want to lose my date over something like that!

Hey girls! I'm a new Beach Palace bride. My wedding is November 2013. I'm figuring out that this website is very helpful since it is hard to get ahold of people at the resort! I signed my contract for the complimentary wedding a couple weeks ago, but I was just curious if any of you know if I have to pay a deposit to secure my spot? I haven't received any information to do that and Rocio won't email me back. I already sent out my save the dates and booked a photographer so I do not want to lose my wedding date because of something like that!!
