    Hi! I am doing something similar: Wedding at the Gazebo 5pm Dinner at Sea & See 7 pm Reception at the Wet Bar 8-11 I am having trouble with figuring out when to do toasts. I really want to do them at dinner but wondering with 40 guests and without a microphone will they be able to hear? I am also wondering about the ceremony music. I have my songs that I want but unsure if it will be played in the right order and on cue. Any suggestions?

    Hi Ladies!!! I am getting married Jan 26, 2013. I want to have the semi private dinner and a private reception after. My main questions: When is the best time to make the toasts, dinner or reception? At the reception, its just the cutting of the cake and dancing, however, I want there to be food as well as alcohol. I know the guests have already had dinner, but didnt want them partying for 3 hours with no food. Any suggestions? I was thinking desserts and appetizers. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!
