Congrats. I am wanting to book my date July 19th, 2013 at the Dreams Resort but I am having a very difficult time getting any confirmation for reply from Cecilia one of the wedding coordinators there. I have sent all the information that they need to set my date. I have sent the Q&A and along with the $500 deposit they requested, did you do the same? And did you have a hard time getting your date and any communication back from the Dreams? Im getting frustrated and worried because I just want confirmation that my date is saved for me and that I can have communication before the wedding, so I am not getting stressed. I had my travel agent and Pleasant Holidays agent send emails and call Cecilia, but nothing back. I have been dealing with Dreams Resort trying to set a date for almost a month now, now Im thinking should I stick with them or this is how they are??? Any insight???

I am having a hard time too trying to get my wedding date set for the Dreams Resort in Cancun for next year. I have sent all my information that the wedding coordinator needed to book my date of July 19th, 2013 and I have still no reply or heard from them. I had my travel agent get in contact with them along with Pleasant Holidays who deals with the Dreams Resort, because I have family and friends who need to plan for my destination wedding. I have been reading the reviews and many brides have said they have had a difficult time trying to get any communication with the wedding coordinators for their date and anything else that needs preparation for their wedding. This makes it hard for me because one I still need to have my date set and two I am a planner so this makes be horribly frustrated. Sounds like you are having the same trouble?

Your destination looked amazing and beautiful. Did you enjoy the hotel that you got married at? What month did you end up going and did you have a hard time getting a timely response on setting your wedding date with them?

Hi, My name is Amber and my Fiancee Tom are trying to plan a destination wedding to Cancun. I have picked the Dreams Resort in Cancun, but the wedding coordinators are not communicating to me in a timely fashion. I was wondering what should I do? Has anyone had their wedding there and if so would you recommend the Dreams Resort in Cancun, or somewhere else? Im newly engaged and am just trying to plan a destination wedding that is fun, but also perfect as a destination wedding can be.
